Phase 1: AWARENESS

We start with a deep-dive intake to understand your habits, lifestyle, and routines.

Let's get clarity around what’s working, what’s not, and what’s keeping you stuck—so we can stop guessing and start creating a plan that actually works for you.

Phase 2: INTEGRATATION

Next, we set up tailored nutrition and workout protocols. It’s not “just” tracking calories and strength training. We talk about all of the habits that will make STICKING with these protocols feel easier and make sure they integrate into your individual life.

Phase 3: MINDSET

There’s a reason you haven’t reached your goals yet—and it’s not because you didn’t have the right plan.

In this phase, we uncover what’s been holding you back from staying consistent(emotional eating, all or nothing thinking, or more) and use psychology-backed strategies to break those patterns—for good.

Phase 4: SUSTAIN

You’ve laid the foundation. You know what works for you. Now it’s time to do it forever.

This is your shift from doing things JUST to lose weight...to becoming someone who lives this way. You’ll get clear on the type of eater and exerciser you want to be long term—and start aligning your choices with that version of you.

Hi I'm Brooks!

Here's the nerdy stuff:

 

I’m an ACE certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who has coached hundreds of women since 2018.

 

I also hold certifications in:

💪🏻Strength training programming

But before I was a coach I was just like you...
