I’m Brooks. An ex yo yo dieter who spent years losing and then regaining the same 20 lbs. I loved to workout and tried every fad diet in the book. No dairy, low carb, super low calories, "clean" eating…nothing worked.


Until I realized that restriction & over exercising was not the answer. In order to maintain my weight loss, I needed to be able to live my life and eat & drink the foods I enjoyed. Once I took this approach I FINALLY lost those 20lbs for good. 


You might be here because you’re struggling with something similar. I’ve been in your shoes before and it sucks. I want to help. You should be able to eat the foods you love, find workouts you enjoy, be consistent as hell and make this a LIFESTYLE. 


Over the last 5 years I’ve helped 100s of women finally improve their relationship with food & exercise and ditch the yo yo diet cycle once and for all.


I’m an ACE certified personal trainer and nutrition coach & Pre & Postnatal certified through Girls Gone Strong. I also hold a Health Mindset certification to help really uncover why you can’t seem to stay consistent and break through those hurdles to finally see the results you’ve been looking for.
