You can lock in your healthy habits now so that when the calendar flips, you’re already three months ahead.


And three months is a lot of time to make progress.

The key isn’t just writing down what you want to do for the next three months—it’s making a plan for the moments that usually trip you up. Ask yourself:

  • What is your end goal by January 1st?

  • What daily or weekly habits will get you there?

  • What hurdles (social events, stress eating, busy schedules) usually throw you off track?

  • How do you want to handle those moments differently this time?

This is how you build habits that last, instead of relying on short-term willpower.



How To Lock In Your Habits Now

I’ve had clients join me in October or November, and within just a few weeks they were already seeing changes. By the time the holidays rolled around, they didn’t feel like they had to choose between enjoying life or making progress—they knew how to do both.
